"Could barely see what was happening on stage"
I was really looking forward to the show, but once I got to my seat, I realized the view was bad. I kept having to lean around and shift just to catch parts of what was happening on stage, which got frustrating fast. It kind of took me out of the whole experience and was disappointing...
"Ended up costing more than I expected"
I was looking around for tickets and everything seemed straightforward at first. The site was easy enough to use, and I found seats I liked without too much trouble. I went through most of the checkout thinking the price was reasonable, but by the time I got to the final step, the total had gone up quite a bit because of the added fees. It wasn’t a great surprise, honestly

"Booking my ticket was... fine, I guess"
I was just trying to book a ticket, and the checkout kept freezing on me. Super relaxing experience, obviously. I got through it eventually, but yeah, it was annoying.

"Kind of a cold vibe inside"
The place just felt a bit cramped and, like, gloomy inside. I don’t know, the overall vibe was kind of cold and not super inviting.

"I’ll admit I’m picky when it comes..."
I’ll admit I’m picky when it comes to customer service, but the box office was awful. The staff just didn’t seem interested in helping at all, and it made the whole experience frustrating.

"Really missing the old event vibe"
I used to look forward to the events, but lately they’ve felt kind of boring and random. It’s disappointing because I don’t want to miss out on good rewards or feel like I’m wasting my time, but the current lineup just hasn’t been pulling me in.

"Had to escalate just to get a basic answer"
I only asked a simple question, but nobody seemed willing to actually help. I kept getting passed from one person to another with short, dismissive replies, like I was bothering them. After going in circles, I finally had to ask for a manager because it was getting ridiculous. All I needed was basic information, and the whole experience ended up being way more frustrating than it should’ve been.
"Crowd control really took over the night for me"
I went to BAM for a show, the crowd control was the main thing I ended up noticing. I can usually tune out little venue hiccups if the show is good, but once the lines got confusing and staff kept pointing people in different directions, it was hard for me to focus on much else.
After the show, it felt even more chaotic with everyone bunched up near the exits. I’ve been to plenty of packed venues, so I get that crowds happen, but this just felt unorganized and stressful. Maybe other people weren’t as bothered, but for me it really stood out and kind of soured the whole experience.

"Just didn’t measure up for me"
Maybe I caught them on a bad night, but the whole performance felt a bit off to me. Compared to other shows I’ve been to around the same price, this one just didn’t have the same energy or polish. The pacing dragged in spots, the sound was kind of uneven, and I found myself losing interest more than I expected. I really wanted to like it, but I left feeling disappointed.

"Frustrating with a screen reader"
I really wanted this to work, but the menus just kept confusing my screen reader. After a little while it felt like I was begging the app to do the most basic things, and I started to feel resentful about it. I gave up faster than I expected.

"Nice venue, but the cleanliness made it hard to relax"
I went to bam.org for a show, and the event itself was good. But once I got settled in, I couldn’t stop noticing how unclean parts of the place felt, which kind of took me out of the experience.
The bathroom had paper all over the floor, the sinks were messy, and the seats near us had old crumbs and sticky spots. Since we were already seated and waiting for the show, I felt a little trapped there, like I just had to put up with it.
It wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever been, but for the price, I expected it to be better maintained. The staff seemed fine, but the cleanliness really bothered me and made the whole night feel less enjoyable.

"Decent vibe, but the food really disappointed"
The place itself was fine and I didn’t mind the overall atmosphere, but the food and drink options were disappointing. The drinks felt overpriced, the snacks tasted stale, and there just wasn’t much available that actually seemed worth ordering

"Good spot, rough trip"
bam was fine. no real complaints about the place itself. But getting there... kind of a mess. If you’re not already in the area, it’s a lot. Trains were packed, a little confusing, and then trying to get a cab after? Not happening. Or at least not easily. I got home way later than I thought I would. For me, it just wasn’t really worth all the hassle.

The site was fine to use, nothing really wrong with it, but the refund policy felt strict to me. It looks like exchanges might be an option, but it wasn’t as simple or flexible as I was hoping. It just felt.....

"Felt stuck when my tickets wouldn’t load"
I had my tickets on my phone, and of course they decided not to load right when I got to the door. The staff was nice and tried to help, but I felt trapped standing there with no way in while the show was already starting. It was really stressful, and I ended up missing part of it. For a venue this big, the mobile ticket system really needs to be more reliable.

"The site is frustrating, but it kind of works"
I tried buying tickets on the website it was a bit of a mess. The pages kept jumping around, and the login process was way more confusing than it needed to be. I gave up after about 20 minutes. That said, I can see how it might be fine if you already know what you’re doing, but for me it was really annoying.

"Membership feels like it has too many catches"
I paid for the membership thinking it would actually save me money, but the perks feel weak. Every time I tried to use a benefit, there seemed to be some fine-print rule or policy loophole that made it less useful than advertised. I’m not seeing much savings at all, so I’m disappointed and don’t really feel like it was worth it.

"Really disappointed with the sound"
The sound was bad. I could barely hear half the show, which was super frustrating. I expected way better, and after this, I don't really trust them to put on a decent event anymore.
